The short version
We collect as little as we can get away with. We don't sell your data, we don't trade it, and we don't build advertising profiles from it. This page explains what we do collect and why.
This policy covers the WholeArc website. Our individual apps may handle data differently — each one carries its own policy.
Information you give us
When you submit the partner form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, phone number if you provide one, your organization, industry, and your message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages people read. It sets cookies and records things like page views, approximate location, browser and device type. We also use Firebase for hosting and core app services, which keeps standard technical logs. Neither is used to work out who you are.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries you send us
- To keep the site running and secure
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages people read
We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we don't pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to operate — Google Analytics, Firebase, and FormSubmit, which delivers the partner form to our inbox — and only to the extent required to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
What you can ask for
The WholeArc Labs LTD is responsible for the information described here. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@wholearc.com and we'll act on it.
If this policy changes
We'll update this page and move the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll say so rather than quietly editing.
